Actor Under Investigation Following FIR Following the stampede, an FIR was filed against Allu Arjun, his security team, and the theatre management under several sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). After being questioned at the Chikkadpally police station on Friday, the actor was taken to a hospital for a medical test.Confirming the arrest, Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Chikkadpally, L. Ramesh Kumar, said, “Yes, he (Actor Allu Arjun) has been arrested.”Allu Arjun's father, noted producer Allu Aravind, his brother Allu Sirish, and his father-in-law Kancharla Chandrasekhar Reddy were present at the police station during the proceedings. Legal Efforts and High Court Appeal Earlier, Allu Arjun had approached the High Court seeking to quash the FIR against him, citing no direct involvement in the incident. Following his arrest, the actor spoke with his legal counsel to file a request for an urgent hearing.
